Vectera is the easy way to meet customers online. Let clients schedule meetings directly into your agenda. A dedicated meeting room is created for every new customer. If a recurring customer is recognized, an existing meeting room will be shared.

Steps

Step 1. Creating a Task

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar .

Step 2. Enter Name and Description

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description .

And press next.

Step 3. Adding Credentials

You will be prompted for the "API Key".

Step 4. Obtaining the API Key

To obtain the "API Key" log in to your Vectera dashboard and click on "Edit Profile" on the left side of the dashboard. Then under the Profile Picture on the bottom of the profile you will see your API Key.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To have FULL API Access you will need to have the Enterprise Vectera Plan. However, obtaining an API token for the integration with Syncspider is also possible in the Business Plan.

Copy the API Key and paste it to SyncSpider !

Click Finish.
