Twilio APIs let you update your phone menu on demand, with full control of your phone tree and routing logic. Create custom greetings, collect speech and DTMF input, and route callers to the best available agent, all with pay-as-you-go pricing.

Steps

Step 1. Creating a Task

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

Step 2. Enter Name and Description

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

Step 3. Adding Credentials

You will be prompted for the Account SID and AUTH TOKEN.

Step 4. Obtaining Account SID and AUTH TOKEN

Log in to your Twilio account with the credentials and click on ‘console’ on the upper right corner or follow this link.

You would be able to see the account SID and authorization token on the screen.

You can copy and paste it from Twilio to your SyncSpider account. Then, click finish.
