Description

Odus allows people to create human-like chatbots and fully automated customer support and service. Own AI technology with an understanding of the context of the dialogue makes it possible to create flexible dialog flows using visual Dialog Builder. Odus is a cross-platform solution that works with Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber. Also, you can use Widget, Landing Bot or connect Odus to your system via Chat API. Now chatbot can become a full-fledged employee of your company.

Entities

The task can be triggered on following events:

• on successful completion of a different task

• on submittal of data

Steps

Step 1.

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

Step 2.

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

Step 3.

You will be prompted for the Finish Button.

Step 4.

Once you click Next, in the next window as shown below, click finish button.
