Helpwise allows you to manage your team inboxes ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) with ease. What's more, it takes less than 5 minutes to setup! With Helpwise, you can assign and tag conversations, collaborate within the team, setup CSAT and get all reporting metrics in a click. You can also create a Knowledge base within Helpwise to share with your team or with customers. Convert customer queries into customer delight by never missing out on an email again.

Entities

The task can be triggered by the following events:

• on successful completion of a different task

• API call

Steps

Step 1.

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

Step 2.

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

Step 3.

You will be prompted for the API Key.

Step 4.

To obtain the API Key and Secret click on "Automation" option on the bottom left of the Heplwise Dashboard.

Then, select "API" from the menu on your right side and "Generate":

Simply copy the generated API and Secret, and paste them where you were prompted to by SyncSpider.
