Description

Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace Scheduling ) is a cloud-based appointment scheduling software solution that enables business owners to manage their appointments online. The product caters to the needs of small and midsize businesses as well as individual professionals.

Squarespace Scheduling lets users automate appointment bookings by offering a real-time view of their own time available.

Steps

Step 1. Selecting the Acuity Scheduling Integration

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

Step 2. Naming the Integration

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

And press Next.

Step 3. Obtaining the Webhook URL

You will be prompted for selecting the trigger and capturing the Webhook response.

Step 4: Selecting the Webhook Trigger

As a next step, check the box Capture Webhook Response, select the trigger from the dropdown list, and click the clipboard icon to copy the Webhook URL.

Note: Keep this tab open until you get the webhook response after triggering (see next steps).

Step 5: Locating the Webhook settings

In another tab or window log in to Acuity Scheduling. Select the Integrations section from the toolbar on the left of the screen. Then click the Webhooks icon indicated in the screenshot.

Step 6: Configuring the Webhook

Paste your Webhook URL into the input field of the action correspondent with the trigger you selected in the SyncSpider setup window. Save settings.

Step 7. Capturing the Webhook Response

Initiate the trigger event to get a webhook response. Go back to SyncSpider to verify that your webhook response has been successfully captured. This will be indicated through text appearing in the setup window.

Once the Webhook response is captured, press Finish.
