Connect your Outlook email via SMTP

1. Select Email from our list of Integrations, or by typing email in the search bar:

2. Enter the desired name and description (optional) and click "Next"

3. Select SMTP as the server type, and enter the following data:

• Host: smtp.office365.com

• Port: 587

• Security: TLS

• Username: your email

• Password: your password

• Authentication method: LOGIN

To verify the SMTP settings are correct for your Outlook you can visit the following page in your Outlook Webmail:

https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/accounts/popImap

Are you using 2 Step Authentication for your Microsoft Account?

Then an App-Password is required to set up this integration.

In order to set up an App-Password for your account you can visit the following page:

https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage/additional
