As Source: Get Contacts, Get Groups, Get Messages, Get Scheduled Messages, Get Voice Messages

As Target: Add Contact, Add Group, Add Contact to Group, Send SMS, Send Voice Message, Send MMS

1) Setting up the Integration

Here is how to integrate MessageBird in a few easy steps:

  1. Once logged in, in your dashboard, on the left side you'll see "Integrations" tab, click on this:

  2. Type "MessageBird" in the Integrations search bar:

    P.S. You can add new integration while Creating a task as well.

  3. Click on MessageBird:

  4. In the following window, name your integrations, give it a description and click next:

  5. Next up we need the API Token from MessageBird:

  6. To obtain your API Key, go to your MessageBird Dashboard and click on "Developers".

    Then proceed to "API Access".

    Here you will click on "Add Access Key".

    From here set a Description and set the key to "Live" then click on "Add".


    Now proceed to "show key" and copy the key from MessageBird to Syncspider.

    Simply click Finish !
