With our Agile CRM model, you will be able to Send Contacts, Deals, Companies, Contact Notes, Tasks, Campaigns and Help Desk Tickets from Agile CRM and to Add Contacts, Companies, Deals Notes to Deals, Notes To Contacts , Tasks and Events Agile CRM.

E.G. Add new Mailchimp subscribers to Agile CRM contacts

Possible entities as a Source are: Send Contacts, Send Deals, Send Companies, Send Contact Notes, Send Tasks, Send Campaigns, Send Help Desk Tickets,

Possible entities as a Target are: Add Contacts, Add Companies, Add Deals, Add Notes To Deals, Add Notes To Contacts, Add Tasks, Add Events

Possible Task Triggers are: Schedule ( Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly )

On Event ( Task Succeeded event)

If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.

Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.

Step 1:

First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and click on the option ‘Integrations’ located on the left side of the screen, as shown below:

Step 2:

Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Agile CRM application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.

NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. E.G. Integrate your Google sheet with business email and WooCommerce. Using descriptions will help you to organize better.

Step 3:

After selecting Agile CRM, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.

Step 4:

You will now be prompted for your Base URL , Email and API Key.

Step 5.

To obtain the Base URL. Please enter Base URL in format:


To Obtain Email and API Key . Enter your email as username and API Key as password.

You can find ApiKey in Admin Settings -> Developers&API -> REST API section in your Agile CRM account.

Simply copy and Paste it to SyncSpider and click Finish

Congratulations! Agile CRM is now successfully integrated.
