With our Intercom integration model, you'll be able to Send Contacts, Teams, Admins and Companies from Intercom, or Add new Contacts and Companies to Intercom either on a schedule, upon an API call event or upon successful completion on trigger task.
Possible entities as a Source are: Contacts, Teams, Admins and Companies
Possible entities as a Target are: new Contact, new Company
Possible Task Triggers are: on schedule (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), upon an API call event or upon successful completion on trigger task.
If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.
Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.
First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and proceed to your Integrations page from the toolbar on the left or create a new task.
Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Intercom application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.
NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. Using descriptions will help you organize more efficiently.
After selecting Intercom, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.
The setup window below will appear. Click Login to proceed.
Note: keep this tab open while logging into Intercom.
A new tab or window will emerge. Please log in to your Intercom account.
Note: if you see the screen below, please make sure you have the permission rights correctly setup to add integrations for your Intercom account or contact your administrator, as well as double-checking the Intercom limitations on the amount of integrations and the amount already in use!
To check/enable access and permission rights, on your Intercom account please proceed to the Teammates section of your settings menu, where you can edit the permissions of each team-member.
Finish/Save your new integration.
Congratulations! Intercom is now successfully integrated.
