With our Harmonizely integration model, you'll be able to Send Meeting Types from Harmonizely, or Add Single-Use Links to Harmonizely either on a schedule or upon an event.

Possible entities as a Source are: Meeting Types

Possible entities as a Target are: Add Single-Use Links

Possible Task Triggers are: on schedule (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) or upon an event.

If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.

Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.

Step 1:

First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and proceed to your Integrations page from the toolbar on the left or create a new task.

Step 2:

Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Harmonizely application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.

NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. Using descriptions will help you organize more efficiently.

Step 3:

After selecting Harmonizely, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.

Step 4:

The setup window below will appear.

Note: keep this tab open while getting the required credentials from Harmonizely.

Step 5:

Using a new tab or window please log in to your Harmonizely account and proceed to the Integrations section.

Step 6:

Locate the API key, then copy and paste it into the SyncSpider integration setup window.

Finish/Save your new integration.

Congratulations! Harmonizely is now successfully integrated.
