With our Acuity Scheduling integration model, you'll be able to send New Appointments Scheduled, Rescheduled Appointments, Scheduled/Updated Appointments, Cancelled Appointments from Acuity Scheduling on API call trigger by the corresponding event.

Possible entities as a Source are: New Appointment, Rescheduled Appointment, Scheduled/Updated Appointments, Cancelled Appointments

Possible Task Triggers are API calls upon the correspondent events.

If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.

Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.

Step 1:

First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and proceed to your Integrations page from the toolbar on the left or create a new task.

Step 2:

Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Acuity Scheduling application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.

NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. Using descriptions will help you organize more efficiently.

Step 3:

After selecting Acuity Scheduling, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.

Step 4:

In the next window check the box for Capture Webhook Response, select the trigger from the dropdown list and click the clipboard icon to copy the Webhook URL.

Note: keep this tab open until you get the webhook response after triggering (see next steps).

Step 5

In another tab or window log in to Acuity Scheduling. Select the Integrations section from the toolbar on the left of the screen. Then click Webhooks icon indicated in the screenshot.

Step 6

Paste your Webhook URL into input field of the action correspondent with the trigger you selected in the SyncSpider setup window. Save settings.

Step 7

Initiate the trigger event to get a webhook response. Go back to SyncSpider to verify that your webhook response has been successfully captured. This will be indicated through text appearing in the setup window.

Step 8

Perform Steps 4-7 for the second event type. Finish/Save your new integration.

Congratulations! Acuity Scheduling is now successfully integrated.
