> ## Knowledge Base Index > Fetch the complete knowledge base index at: https://help.syncspider.com/sitemap.xml > Use this file to discover available pages before exploring further. > Pure-Markdown content can be obtained by appending a '.md' suffix to the content URLs listed in the sitemap (without the trailing slash). # How to use WebHooks with MailChimp In this article, we will demonstrate how to send subscriber data from an email marketing platform [Mailchimp](https://syncspider-support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/3000115640-how-to-integrate-mailchimp) to Google Sheets, by utilizing our WebHook Module. _The article will focus on automating this process, so you are always up-to-date with the newest subscribers/unsubscribers._ **Webhooks** are one of the methods in which apps can send automated messages/data to other apps. Here, we will set up the process of how Webhooks can be used to grab data from Mailchimp. **Step 1:** First, log in to your SyncSpider account, click on ‘**Projects**’ located at the left side, as shown below, and then click on '**create a new task'**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/7/b/4/d7b447959b20780/23f2da09-d674-4141-8a5e-1dc021_35eb7o.png) **Step 2:** In the add new integration, select **Webhooks,** enter the integration **name** and **description**. Make sure to copy only the base URL, as highlighted in the picture. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/2/9/b/d29bea4c0560b000/c891622d-210b-41b8-b56a-2fd865_3btcs9.png) To generate the **API key**, you would need to login into your MailChimp account and follow this [link](https://us19.admin.mailchimp.com/account/api/). **Or** **Follow these steps :** 1. The next step is sending the configuration that we want to set from SyncSpider to Mailchimp. The first step is copying the **Configuration Webhook URL**: ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/3083876375/original/EKA9SOLHfdKz1uMUrJpXIGZDKfSw9PEFBQ.png?1658250562) Next, go to your Mailchimp account, click on **Audience> Settings> Create a new Webhook**. We can do that by clicking on **Audience> View Contacts> Selecting at least one Contact> Actions> Unsubscribe.** ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/3083876380/original/SSpPIIgbk4eioW9elBLloT3SFNgX0QwhWQ.png?1658250563) Now, after clicking on the refresh button, next to the Configuration URL, you will be able to access select which source you want to use, from the **Source Schema** in the Webhook.
