# How to Integrate ZapERP - Help Center - SyncSpider

## Description

Inventory is what keeps your business running and flowing smoothly, but in order to manage your business, and efficient Inventory Management Software is needed which we have for you ZapInventory. ZapInventory is a SaaS provider that controls your inventory, manages orders and stocks. You can create purchase orders, receive items (full or partial), create bills from PO, and also create sales orders, shipment tracking, generate invoices from SO, and manage multiple warehouses and batches.

Possible Task Triggers are: **_on schedule_** (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) or **_upon successful completion of a trigger task._**

## Steps

### Step 1. Creating a Task

Either while **Creating a Task** or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

### Step 2. Enter Name and Description

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

### Step 3. Adding Credentials

You will be prompted for the **API Key.**

### Step 4. Obtaining the API Key

Login to your **ZapInventory** account and proceed to the [API section](https://account.zapinventory.com/user/api-tokens) (follow the link or click the _gear icon_ on the top right for **_Settings_** and select **_API Tokens_**).

Enter a _name_ for your Token and proceed to **_Create._**

An API Token will appear. Click **_Copy to Clipboard_** and go back to SyncSpider.

In SyncSpider setup window paste the text into the **_API key_** input field.

Proceed to **Finish/Save.**
