Click **Connect new app** and search for the **WeClapp** module in the pop up window. Adding Credentials You will be prompted for the **Base URL** and **API Token.** **Note:** **Enter the base URL in the form: https://{tenant}.weclapp.com** **** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/6/e/c/f/6ecf5fe6a6c61800/b7f9ae06-8026-4f53-aa0b-c3af32_1aavcvi.png) --- ### Step 3. Obtaining the API Token To obtain the API Token, head over to your WeClapp dashboard.
