## Steps to Integrate ShipStation

### Step 1. Add Integration on SyncSpider

Either while **Creating a Task** or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

### Step 2. Naming the Integration

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

### Step 3. Enter ShipStation Credentials

In this step, it's important to note that the "Username" and "Password" fields are used for your **API Key** and **API Secret** respectively—not your ShipStation account login details.

On the integration screen above, there is a message clarifying that your API Key should be entered in the Username field, and your API Secret should go in the Password field to avoid confusion.

It also includes a link to ShipStation's [API documentation](https://www.shipstation.com/docs/api/requirements/#authentication) for more information on locating and using your API credentials.

Once you have enter the required ShipStation credentials, and click on the **"Finish"** button.
