Its most popular features include video email and texting, automated lead follow up, task reminders, transaction management, and database segmentation.

## Steps
### Step 1.

Either while **Creating a Task** or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

### Step 2.

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

### Step 3.

You will be prompted for the **Login.**

### Step 4.

Upon clicking the **"Login"** button, you will have to allow SyncSpider to access your LionDesk account by clicking the **"Allow"** button, as shown in the picture below:

Once done, click on the **"Finish"** button.
