# How to Integrate BlockSurvey - Help Center - SyncSpider

## Description

BlockSurvey helps people run sensitive surveys. It is like Signal for Survey. It allows users to create surveys, polls, & forms respecting the privacy of the respondents.

## Steps
### Step 1.

Either while **Creating a Task** or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

### Step 2.

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

### Step 3.

You will be prompted for a Webhook response.

### Step 4.

Check the box for _Capture Webhook Response_ and click the clipboard icon to copy the _Webhook URL._

### Step 5.

In a new tab or window login to **BlockSurvey** and open your form in the builder.

Now proceed to the **_Integrate_** section, select **_Webhooks_** --> **Add New Webhook**.

### Step 6.

Add your Webhook URL from SyncSpider.

Send a test request to send a Webhook Response for SyncSpider to capture.

Once good, hit save.

_**Note:**_ **Check by going going back to the SyncSpider tab/window and verifying the response body text appearing in the setup window.**

### Step 7.

**Turn ON** status.

Now any new form submission will trigger a task run.

### Step 8.

Once you confirm the response is present on SyncSpider select **Finish/Save.**
