How to integrate Airtable

Description


AirTable is the relational database for the rest of us. With a spreadsheet-like interface that anyone can use, real-time collaboration and rich features like file attachments and reporting, Airtable is the friendliest modern database.

Steps

 

Step 1.


Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

 

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

 

Selecting Airtable Integration

Step 2.


Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

And press Next.

Step 3.


You will be prompted to Log In.


Login to Airtable

 

 

Step 4.


After you click on Log In button, you will be asked to put email, sign in or create an account:



Step 5.


After you sign in, you will be requested for AirTable access and you should allow one of the two shown workspaces:

After that, you'll be asked to grant access:

After you press "Grant access" button, click Save and it will be connected!




Additional Information:


Refresh tokens are valid for 60 days. If the refresh token is not used in this time, the authorization is effectively revoked - the user will need to re-authorize the integration. There is no limit to how long you can continue to refresh a token as long as it is done within the 60 day period each time.
