With our Tribe integration model, you'll be able to Send Users, Groups, Group Members, Topics, Posts, Post Responses, Questions, Answers for a Question and Comments from Tribe, or Add Users, Groups, Members to a Group, Topics, Posts, Comments to a Post, Questions, Answers for a Question and Comments for a Question to Tribe either on a schedule or upon an event.
Possible entities as a Source are: Users, Groups, Group Members, Topics, Posts, Post Responses, Questions, Answers for a Question, Comments
Possible entities as a Target are: Users, Groups, Members to a Group, Topics, Posts, Comments to a Post, Questions, Answers for a Question, Comments for a Question
Possible Task Triggers are: on schedule (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) or upon an event.
If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.
Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.
First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and proceed to your Integrations page from the toolbar on the left or create a new task.
Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Tribe application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.
NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. Using descriptions will help you organize more efficiently.
After selecting Tribe, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.
The setup window below will appear.
Note: keep this tab open while getting the required credentials from tribe.so
Using a new tab or window please log in to your Tribe account and go to Admin Panel.
Proceed to the Domain section where you can find your base URL.
Copy your Base URL and paste in the associated field of SyncSpider integration setup window in the following format: https://YOUR_COMMUNITY_URL.
Fill in your Client ID, Client Secret and Email credentials.
Finish/Save your new integration.
Congratulations! Tribe is now successfully integrated.
