With our Prefinery integration model, you'll be able to Send various data of your choice (new user is added, updated, deleted or changes status with user details) from Prefinery upon API call.

For example, you could post new users into MailChimp, Slack or Intercom or Salesforce, just to name a few possibilities.

Important: Please note that only Growth, Business and Enterprise plans Prefinery users can use this integration module.

If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.

Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.

Step 1:

First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and click on the option ‘Integrations’ located on the left side of the screen, as shown below:

Step 2:

Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Prefinery application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.

NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. E.G. Integrate your Google sheet with business email and Prefinery. Using descriptions will help you to organize better.

Step 3:

After selecting Prefinery, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.

Check the box for Capture Webhook Response and click the clipboard icon to copy the Webhook URL.

Step 4:

In a new tab or window login to your Prefinery account and select the Integrations section and then Webhooks.

Step 5:

Click on the Add a URL button in the upper-right corner.

Step 6:

In the Add a Webhook URL modal that appears, paste in your Webhook URL and in the Events dropdown select the event that you'd like to get notified about and get Prefinery to POST data to SyncSpider. Click on the Add button to complete this step.

Step 7:

Clicking on the Test button and make sure your response code is HTTP 200 (as opposed to all 3xx/4xx/5xx failure codes. Note: SyncSpider page has to be open as runtime error will emerge if the response is not received within 15 seconds).

Step 8:

This will send a response to your SyncSpider integration setup.

From here you can see the exact format of the data. Here is a sample array:
