With our Reviewshake integration model, you'll be able to Send Users and Reviews from Reviewshake or Add Clients to your Reviewshake account, either on schedule- at specific intervals, or by an event. The task can be triggered on following events:
• on successful completion of a different task
• API call
E.G. Connect your Reviewshake account with any other platform able to send or receive contacts, or export reviews to a .csv file.
Possible entities as a Source are: User, Review.
Possible entities as a Target are: Client
If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.
Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.
First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and click on the option ‘Integrations’ located on the left side of the screen, as shown below:
Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select Reviewshake application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.
NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. E.G. Integrate your Google sheet with business email and WooCommerce. Using descriptions will help you to organize better.
After selecting Reviewshake, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.
You will now be prompted for the Base URL and an API Key.
To obtain the Base URL, simply head over to your Reviewshake dashboard and copy the URL from the address bar, as shown in the picture below:
e.g. if the whole URL is abc321.reviewshake.com/admin, you would just copy abc321.reviewshake.com/
To obtain the API key, click on the "Configurations" option from your dashboard.
Then, select "General Settings" from the dropdown menu, as shown in the picture below:
You will be met with the following screen:
Simply copy the API key, and paste it where you were prompted to by SyncSpider.
Congratulations! Reviewshake is now successfully integrated.
