With our BigCommerce integration model, you'll be able to Send Customers, Orders, and Products from BigCommerce, or Add Customers, Orders, and Products to BigCommerce.

E.G. Transfer Customer details to and from your BigCommerce account.

Possible entities as a Source are: Customer, Order, Product.

Possible entities as a Target are: Customer, Order, Product.

If you need any additional functionality or additional entities, please make your request here.

Note: You can set up any integration within the Task itself, you do not need to set up the Integration beforehand.

Step 1:

First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and click on the option ‘Integrations’ located on the left side of the screen, as shown below:

Step 2:

Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider. Select BigCommerce application from the list, or use the search bar to find it easily.

NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. E.G. Integrate your Google sheet with business email and WooCommerce. Using descriptions will help you to organize better.

Step 3:

After selecting BigCommerce, enter the integration name and description (optional) then click on the Next button.

Step 4:

You will now be prompted for the Client ID, Access Token and Store Hash.

To obtain these things, head over to your BigCommerce Dashboard, and click on "Advanced Settings" found on the left-hand side, as shown in the picture below:

Next, click on "API Accounts" from the drop-down menu, and then on "Create API Account", as shown in the picture below:

Choose "Create V2/V3 API Token" from the drop-down menu, as shown in the picture below:

Name the API account however you wish, and set the OAuth Scopes per your needs.

After that is done, click the "Save" button and you will be provided with the Client ID and Access Token.

Copy these two things where you were prompted to by SyncSpider.

Store Hash is located within the API Path, after /stores/, and before /v3/.

E.G. if the API Path was https://api.bigcommerce.com/stores/abcd1234/v3/, the Store Hash would be "abcd1234".

Your API Path can be viewed while creating a new API account, as described above.

Paste the Store Hash where you were prompted to by SyncSpidere, and click on "Finish".

Congratulations! BigCommerce is now successfully integrated.
