First, login to your SyncSpider account, click on the option ‘Integrations’ located on the left side of the screen as shown below.
Now, you will see the list of integrations offered by SyncSpider, select Rakuten
application from the list.
Or use the search bar to find it easily:
After selecting Rakuten, enter the integration name and description then click on the next button.
NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. E.G. Integrate your Google sheet with business email and WooCommerce. Using descriptions will help you to organize better.
Now, you need to enter the API key for the integration. The next steps would help you to generate it.
This API key has to be entered so that it facilitates the integration between Sync Spider and Rakuten.
When you click on next it will redirect to enter the API Key as shown below. To integrate, SyncSpider will only asks for the API key of the shop you want to sync.
To create an API key, first select the external shop or merchandise management system that you want to connect. If your system is not listed in the drop-down menu, select in-house development/other interface.
In this step, we will show you how to create a default API key.
First, login to your Rakuten app, on the bottom left side you will see the option Default-Application_000000, click on it and choose the security tab. Now, you will get the default Application key as shown in the image.
To get the API Key easily, login to your Rakuten app and click on this link.
Copy the API Key, and paste it in the Syncspider application.
