Agency accounts are accounts under top tear plans of SyncSpider. Next to a higher number of tasks, task runs, and operations, they will also give you Agency Features. 

Agency accounts can add X number of Sub-accounts (Sub-Companies) to help you better organize your tasks and workflows. 

E.G. You may have multiple companies you need to automate the tasks for, or you may have a number of clients you are providing automation or sync services to. 

Agency features will help you better organize your tasks by finding and accessing them easier. 

Additionally, under every Sub-account, you can add Projects to organize your tasks even better.
