This help file is to help you understand what Authorization which user has as an Admin(Owner) and User

Admin has the Authority to add other users to Syncspider, Add Sub-Companies , and choose which user can see which Integration in the Company, and only the Admin can change the settings of the Main company and sub companies unless the User has been granted more Authority, 

Admin can also change the company settings, name and more settings that we have at SyncSpider, as Company logo etc.

User can only work on task, add ,delete and edit them, and can also add Custom Templates, but only for the company they have been assigned unless the Admin has given the user Authority to access the other companies.
